"Very nice and relaxing properly right on the lake. Easy to find and not far from Brockville if needed. The owner Shane was very responsive and super friendly. We rented over the holidays and got there and a Christmas tree was up and lit and the fire place was on. Super welcoming. "Overall, our experience at the shared house fell short of VRBO standards. While each unit offered private space inside, our particular unit lacked a front door (replaced with glass sliding doors), had no BBQ, firepit appeared on the last day, and the front lawn and dock were monopolized by other renters. Unfortunately, the behavior of neighboring renters significantly impacted our stay with late-night noise disturbances and confrontations with neighbors. Although the outside property was...

The accommodation were perfect for our needsz We loved the organization of the cupboards. It appealed to our compulsive minds. It was well appointed and easy to find everything we needed. "Reminded us of my grandparents old camp on Lake Ontario….comfortable and rustic. We and our puppies fully enjoyed the water, boats and wildlife. When it rained we made the trek into the adorable town of Westport and then Perth. Great time reconnecting with each other without TV. Rich was very helpful!"

"This place was exactly as advertised. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Gananoque in a little village. It was very clean, everything was new & modern & there was lots of room."

"Charming efficiency. Small. cozy and comfortable. Great bed, shower and hot tub. Photos and description. are accurate. However, could have used a list of instructions. Had to ask host, who was very responsive, about information, orientation, check in and check out that should have been sent to us without asking. Never got info about kayaks and canoes. Over all a great time, would do it again."

"The only issue was the wi-fi. It was so slow and practically useless. One other issue was that the cottage was a part of 4 other cottages which shared a common dock and access to the river, it was not mentioned in the listing. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, and the owner was very friendly."

"We had an excellent stay at the Bulloch House Bed and Breakfast! The rooms were big, beautiful, and full of charm. The entire house is steeped in history, and one of the most unique aspects is the antique store built right into the home. It’s filled with stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces—each with a story behind it. Michelle was a wonderful host. She took the time to explain the fascinating history of the house, as well as many of the art pieces and antiques throughout. Her passion and knowledge really brought everything to life. Breakfast was absolutely delightful—healthy, delicious, and more than enough to satisfy us. I highly recommend this gem of a place and will definitely be back!"

"The owners are absolutely lovely. The beds are comfy. The price is incredible. The facilities are older but well maintained. Great bang for your buck. Lots of take out options not far away. Close to Kingston but without the noise. Quiet area. Cute little park area for the kids in the summer. What's not to like?"
