"This was the loveliest but dirtiest and problematic house we have ever rented. The house and views are spectacular but on arrival the house was not clean and had several maintenance issues. The kitchen was not clean with dirty cutlery and saucepan draws and cobwebs in all the cupboards and on the cooker hood. The bathroom toilet was broken, the shower tray In upstairs en-suite would not drain and smelt very unpleasant, the u-bend in kitchen sink leaked and flooded kitchen floor, the dishwasher...

"Convenient and comfortable with everything you need for a stay in Pezenas. All the details considered and tasteful decor, comfortable beds, furniture and surroundings. You can walk to all the shops, cafes and multiple antique shops in town as well as a quick trip to the beach! We had an excellent visit"

"I think a rule of check in at 3pm is very late our bus arrived at 10.30am they excepted our case but we’re quite strict at the 3pm check in that was a let down . "

"This would have been a 5-star review except for one thing. Their internet is awful. To say it's spotty would be a complement. When it does connect, it frequently drops in and out requiring near constant sign-ins. This is not good for travelers who rely on the web for travel info. It forces you to choose roaming on your phone which can be very expensive. Nice room, great location and restaurant. Too bad about the internet issues."

"The hotel is just inside the entrance to the naturist section of Cap d'Agde on the left. Just inside the entrance, you make a U-turn to the left - where you're supposed to - and then an immediate right and you're there. It is easily walkable to the beach and all areas of the naturist section. It was our first time at Cap d'Agde. We had a great stay. We'll definitely come back."

"Functional apartment hotel with large rooms and small kitchenettes, including basic pots and utensils. Ours also had a balcony. Not fancy, but clean and perfect for our family. "
