"The villa is ideally located, only 5-6 minutes walk down a pedestrian pathway to the broad sandy beach and a small shopping area with an excellent boulangerie, well-stocked minimarket, and a shop offering newspapers (only French) and beach items. In this area, there are also several small restaurant/cafes.and an ice cream parlour. At the villa, there is a pleasant patio with retractable awning, important because it is, gloriously, in the sun most of the day. There are loungers for subathers, The villa has three bedrooms, two light and airy upstairs -- one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is also an excellent shower and a toilet. The downstairs bedroom, off the main room/kitchenette, has a comfortable double bed with a pleasant adjoining shower room/toilet. We were a little fazed by the fact that, unlike the upstairs rooms, the only natural light in this bedroom comes from a small skylight in the ceiling. But then one does not spend much time in the bedroom during the day! There is an excellent fan for ventilation. A slightly strange feature is that the villa's very efficient washing machine is against the wall in the lower bedroom, but on a summer holiday this is no inconvenience. In the kitchen/sitting area there is a good fridge and an excellent small dishwasher, as well as an oven and a wall-mounted television, which functioned perfectly throughout our stay. All in all, a very good quality/price balance for a 5-6 family group."

"We had a fortnight's holiday in late July/early August. We chose the location because of the good transport links throughout the region and because of the proximity of attractions and activities. The property can be easily accessed on public transport as there is a bus to Cap d'agde from Agde Station. The property is a few minutes' walk from the bus stop. The property was very clean and we loved the view from the balcony. We paid more than we usually would for a holiday rental but as the apartment is advertised for 6, this seemed reasonable. We were quite surprised by the size of the apartment when we got there - it looks bigger in the photos than it feels when you're there. We were glad to be family of 3 (2 adults and 1 tall 14 year old) and couldn't imagine having any of our extended family with us! The property was obviously well-used though, and this perhaps showed in some of the decor and furnishings. Things we loved: the view, good size shower, proximity to beach, boat bus outside the apartment, selection of restaurants in walking distance, being able to get to Sète, Marseillan, Nimes, Béziers, Carcassonne, Agde, etc so easily. The concierge of the property was helpful and responded quickly. We had a great holiday. 😊 Thank you. "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The pirate decoration throughout was second to none. It is easily walkable to the beautiful local beach but there is a shuttle bus direct from the hotel. The waterpark is fantastic as well!"

"Well appointed fairly modern hotel in central location. Had a rooftop jacuzzi steam room and seating area. Hotel offered breakfast at additional charge. Free on site parking was nice. It was a bit noisy at night from some neighbors but I don’t think that was typical occurrence."

"Staff were excellent, the on-site breakfast was great with a nice outdoor area to sit in. We didn’t have time for the pool but it seemed nice. Was overpriced for the quality of the hotel and the cleanliness but the others around were even more expensive for similar quality. "

"On est loin de la description idyllique du site Abritel. La "maisonnette" est très petite, d'aspect négligée et pas très accueillante. Le titre de l'annonce laisse à penser que la piscine est à coté... Eh non, elle est à 250 m et il faut le badge des portails pour y accèder. Ne comptez pas non plus vous y baigner en juin. Equipement indigent et hétéroclite. Le store banne (condamné) ne fonctionne pas. La petite chambre relève plus du placard avec des lits superposés bricolés. les sommiers sont en panneaux de bois épais et le lit supérieur est difficilement accessible. Il est pourtant indiqué "4 personnes". certainement pas des adultes et encore moins agées. Oubliez la banquette lit qui est en mauvais état et très inconfortable. Dessus des meubles crasseux. Porte principale qui ne ferme pas. Téléviseur très petit. Vous aurez aussi droit aux rendez-vous des fourmis à l'intérieur. Aspirateur pas vidé. Etc, etc... Nous avons signalé ceci à la conciergerie qui nous a renvoyé vers le loueur. Nous avons contacté le service "réclamation" Abritel où une personne incompétente ne comprenait pas notre réclamation et nous a indiqué que ce n'était pas a eux qu'il fallait réclamer, elle nous a remis un autre numéro et nous a raccroché au nez. Nous avons contacté ce dernier numéro ou nous avons eu une charmante personne qui a bien compris notre problème, devait s'en occuper et nous recontacter... 15 j plus tard on attend encore son appel ... Ce serait bien qu'Abritel se bouge un peu."
