"The restaurant was closed because it has no chef and so we had to drive to a sister hotel close by. If we had known this prior to the stay, we would have cancelled the booking as we specifically wanted to eat on premises after a long drive. "

"We were delighted with our upgrade to a suite - from a regular room - what a night and day difference. We were, however, quite disappointed with the repair of the chateau in general. It felt tired, the garden was lovely but didn't have a well kept feel. The pool was average, but the hot tub was not in use, covered up with some old cushions. The staff were amazing - Noelle and her husband took very good care of us."

"Had a fantastic start to our holiday in France here. Loved the warm welcome, stylish rooms, great pool and short stroll into Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. Felt immediately rested and calm in the hotel, lots of dining options nearby and very safe in the area."

"This original old house is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Beziers. The rooms are modern, airy and spotlessly clean. The courtyard / swimming pool area is a lovely place to relax in the evening with a drink and watch the little lizards climbing the walls. Be aware as this is an old house there is no lift."

"The room was so bad we did not stay. This hotel shows their top room in a photo and it is a scam as the room we were given was dark, small, with a low ceiling like a cell in a prison. No room for a desk, no jug, no tea making facility, dreadful stone steps to access, bathroom you could hardly turn around in. Decor non existent.We asked for the room in the photo provided with our booking or our money back. They offered us a room that was fairly comparable with a slightly higher ceiling! So...

"This was an amazing place. The parking was easy to access, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was close to all the location we needed to access. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone."
