"Amazing stay at this hotel just after Christmas. Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot. Our room was massive which was a lovely surprise! And the breakfast was delicious - hot buffet (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes), fruit, cereal and an amazing bread and pastry selection. We parked at the station and got the free shuttle bus into the main square, then only a 5 minute walk. Will definitely book again when I’m in Bruges! "

We booked a massage, we had to pay not just for the massage, but to use the 'spa' - a sauna and steam room. I understand paying if you are not a guest of the hotel - but as a guest, it annoys me and frankly I don't return to any hotel which applies this policy. "
