"We booked our stay and the next day we drove over two hours but had to contact customer service bc the host never messaged me back or sent my instructions but did in fact take my money. Host refunded me but it takes a few days to receive the refund so I was out of money to make a new booking. Still no communication the whole time. Just make sure you get a message from host before booking. The kids were looking forward to the trip and were very bummed out. Please update your listings when closed...

"House was as described and expected. Plenty of kitchen supplies, especially utensils! We had fun with the kayak (bring your own life vests) and the area was safe for walking and running in the neighborhoods nearby. It was super close to our family we came to visit so very convenient for us. We hope to visit again next year! Oh and also. I couldn’t locate a hairdryer and Dania had one delivered to me from Amazon the same day- really appreciated that!"
