"We have stayed there 2 times before and love the location for golf events at Quail Hollow! It is clean and everyone is friendly! Breakfast is good and has many options!! Free cocktails and goodies in the evening! Will stay there again!!"

"You can tell by the name this is not a name brand hotel. The owner purchased the building when the other brand sold one of its line of hotels. You can also tell he is trying to put in as much love into this hotel as much as he can. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff. Every person we met greeted us with a smile and basic conversation. The maintenance man was painting in the hallway and made sure he was not in our way, which he wasn’t. There are some kinks they are working out internet issues, new fixtures for the kitchen area in the rooms and no breakfast. The staff more than made up for it. Plus they have coffee in the lobby all the time so that was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe. This made my hubby happy as it was our daughter and I traveling. Also, great location to get anywhere. Good luck to the owner. We are rooting for you!"

"Disclaimer: we are picky and have high expectations. Chose to relocate to this hotel from another in CLT where we were placed by AA after our flight was cancelled. Everyone in our group was relieved when we entered the Hyatt. It was so clean, in a safe area, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Lots of local eating options within walking distance. Rooms incredibly clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."
