"The beds were made daily and the trash was emptied but that was it. Dirty coffee cups and no replacement coffee. We had to wash the cups ourselves and go to the lobby to get more coffee pods. The location was fantastic and the employees were great."

"I was originally staying at a different hotel which turned out to be unsafe and in a terrible area. Once i cancelled my stay there i found this hotel that had a vacancy that night. This place was the salvation i needed. Everything was clean, the front desk was amazing, even the water in the lobby tasted amazing. The bed was so comfortable I nearly slept through my alarm I set. It was so quiet I'd forgotten it was in the middle of a shopping plaza. 10/10 will definitely stay again next time im in charlotte. "
