"I really enjoyed Motel One since it is situated across the street from Glasgow Central train station, so made travel very convenient. They have a lovely bar and lobby lounge, but no restaurant. Not really an issue since there are many restaurants, etc., in the area. I came and went as I pleased and the room was clean and surprisingly quiet for a city centre. Staff were very pleasant and efficient at check in. I would definitely stay again!"

"Hotel is in an great position, easy walk to the Royal Mile and a couple of great coffee shops nearby for breakfast. Good sized double room, was very clean and had everything required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

The breakfast, which was available at a price, was pretty decent, too. A simple but nice touch was the hotel making mulled wine and mince pies available (for free) at the reception. "
