The decor etc. is quite dated and a little tired in places, but comfortable and generally clean, and the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. A great breakfast with good quality ingredients. Some attention to detail with cleaning would be helpful - eg some mould in shower, and bathroom fan grill quite grimy, the odd cobweb, and some accumulated dust in nooks and crannies.
