"Amazing views! We absolutely loved our stay at 401. It had plenty of room for six of us. The view from the lanai was fabulous. We were able to whale watch from there. Being right on the beach and hearing the ocean at night was so nice. The beach area and amenities were perfect for our stay. Sea turtles sunned right on the beach. It was such a relaxing time. "We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Ideal beach location with chairs provided. We were able to cook meals with the full kitchen, and it is right next door to many restaurants and shops as well. Saw lots of whales from the balcony. Unit was clean with all necessary amentities and felt very updated. Really no complaints for our 5 night stay! We came for our babymoon and loved the proximity to everything. We would love to return. "

"Wow! The views right when you walk in the door will take your breathe away. Absolutely stunning. You are feet away from the water, sea turtles and whales!! We could see soooo many whales and turtles! Great place! No air conditioning but the breeze from the front door to the patio and bedroom is perfect!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the ocean and balcony was perfect for setting up our spotting scope to watch the whales in the Au'au channel. We were walking distance to Maui brewing company and a short drive from Whaler's village and Kaanapali Beach. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean through our windows. Everything we needed in our kitchen for our short stay and free coffee in the lobby in the mornings just in case. "

"This is a very nice, well appointed property. It is in a quiet neighborhood, off the main drag. It has been upgraded, so everything is in excellent condition. Michael and Sarah were great to deal with when we had a health issue that put our trip in jeopardy. We were able to work things out so that the trip was successful. "

"This is a very nice condo. There was a small issue that was dealt with right away. This is not oceanfront as stated in the title however it is an easy walk to the great Napili beach. The area outside the sliding door is very pretty and has sweet birds on the lawn... nice to wake up to their sounds! There is enough room for a king size bed, so I recommended that they put that in instead of the queen that is there. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The fridge ice maker/water dispenser...
