"Second time staying here and I'll book here from now on. Perfect in all ways but for it is 35 minutes from FSU which is both a good thing and a bad thing. Clean, in a tranquil area, right next to the river, nicely decorated, and the owner has thought of everything. It was my son's graduation, and she left goodies and a balloon and graduation cup. Super thoughtful!"

"the house is located in a beautiful area close to restaurants & stores. lived all the beautiful trees in the neighborhood.our pups loved the big fenced in backyard. lots of shade and perfect for playing fetch with the balls provided. house had most everything we needed. only thing missing for us were hangers in closets and an ice cream scooper. we really enjoyed out weekend stay and would definitely stay again. "This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! The large family room attached to the bedroom with (2) bunk beds and a day bed along with a pool and plenty of floating devices was the highlight for my grandboys. They were delighted about having their own space with a popcorn machine and plenty of games/toys/tvs. The kitchen was more than what we expected.
