"The property is ideally located in the centre of Brodick Bay, and hence is easily accessible from the Brodick Ferry, (when it runs!) It is a traditional B&B, and hence is simple, but satisfactory. It is very reasonably priced, and the breakfast fare was fine. Dunvegan facilitates a place to sleep and a place to have breakfast and thus satisfies the needs of most travellers."

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab.
