"The service from staff for our duration was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, comfortable and had great facilities. It was my partner's birthday and in addition to the free drink they gave us both helped make her and my weekend very memorable. The evening meal and breakfast was absolutely top notch. Thanks for a great weekend, we'll be back."

"After a long journey we wanted to rest on arrival at the hotel howver there was work being carried out at the next to our bedroom room 1 which was loud banging and drilling we have taken video evidence of this the noise was causing our 2 dogs to bark loudly there was also no tv in our bedroom we also sat for 20 minutes waiting to check out no one was available at the desk and we had a ferry to catch."

"It was clean good side room ,shower and. Bit dodgy, no one there if you had problems had to phone , some one came in room every day but did not replace any thing "

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. The Breakfast has a varied menu which caters for everybody and is delicious and well presented and perfectly cooked by Duncan. "A home away from home. Our second stay at this fantastic lodge within 3 months. Our first trip was as a family with 3 young children and the most recent trip with my father and sister. Everything you could need ever need inside and outside from children’s colouring and games to condiments to views of the sea and the most beautiful starry nights.
