We loved the location, our room was clean with a comfy bed, the staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was of good quality. Great for exploring the Northumberland coast, particularly Lindisfarne, Berwick Upon Tweed and Bamburgh Castle - all close by. "

"The cottage is spacious, clean very nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. It was warm, comfortable and very peaceful. Liz, the owner, is pleasant and helpful. A welcome basket of goodies was left for me, along with milk in the fridge - very thoughtful. It was one of the nicest holiday rentals that I've stayed in.I would have loved to stay longer and would certainly think about going back there."

It was engaging and fun to take time to read. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast served was tasty and set us up for the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone."
