"The property was perfect for our family of four and our dog. We visited the area for a few days of hiking and exploring the North Georgia mountains. The amenities were awesome. The outdoor space was great and we loved all of the little touches. The kitchen with everything we needed to cook, the electric blinds that we opened to a beautiful view each morning, the holiday decorations, etc. Great place! "

Plenty of beds for everyone to get their own place to sleep. Close to a Walmart for easy groceries too!"

"My family celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at The Bend. Everyone loved this beautifully restored and decorated old Lake Rabun house. The dining room was the perfect place for a family dinner celebration with the house’s George Harrison LP playing in the background. We explored the house and property with wonder, slept well, ate out, and spent a day boating on the lake without ever getting in a car. We loved hanging out on the patio in front of the house. "We had extended family stay for a long weekend to celebrate my father who passed earlier this year. The large and well kept outdoor space is perfect to have a small group gather overlooking a quiet cove on Lake Rabun (or to lay in the hammock and take a nap!). Scotty is amazing to work with and was so helpful with every detail. Highly recommend this property and the owners."
