We had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer, and finally, we had someone answer and share that they had an issue with the fire alarm so they had to shut down. When we spoke to someone in town, they told us they shut down every year at this time so it is normal for them to be closed. We booked this hotel months in...

"Location was excellent and right next to the city center and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Construction was ongoing and right outside our bedroom window with construction starting at 7;00am. It was impossible to sleep with the early morning drilling. Otherwise, the room was adequately stocked and nightly turndown service was appreciated. "
