Listed as having onsite laundry but it cost $40. I did speak to the host at checkout and she stated the laundry for not cost but upon trying to use it asked for payment "

"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. "We came up for a wedding from NC. Thomas was who I emailed with and he was right on the ball with any info I needed. The VRBO was clean and super spacious, there was a really nice green space behind the property for hanging out and the location couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend staying here"
