"The Nautical Beachfront is an incredible location with most if not all rooms having a lake view. The heated infinity pool overlooking the lake with attached bar was perfect. The grounds were well kept and very nice. You can tell that in its prime this was a top of the line lake front resort. The rooms had a little bit of an outdated feel/look but otherwise everything about the Nautical grounds and pool was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was okay. "Stayed one night while checking out Lake Havasu. It was a basic hotel. Clean, affordable and good for a one night stay. "

"Very nice folks at the front desk. Quiet and got a good nights sleep. Nice spa with decent jets. Only real drawback was no elevators to get to 2nd floor which was a bit of a hassle hauling all our luggage. "
