"Best things are the location, cause it’s walkable to main spots, and the thermal water pool. But it’s not a 5 star hotel. Few options to eat inside the hotel, quite basic and very expensive for the standard. Rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was kind and willing to help. We got a room in front of a laundry closet, there was too much noise coming from it. "

All in all, we had a nice stay but there just need to be a few tweaks to guest comfort to warrant the 4* in my opinion. The spa is a bit misleading, you don’t really need to book a time slot as the booking is only for the use of a relaxer chair. Also, they didn’t provide slippers in the room - we were sent back to the room from the spa ( different building across the public footpath) to get changed into...
