"We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. "Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant. Great location, with fabulous outlook and views. Very clean, spacious rooms. Big balconies. Decent breakfast with lots of choice. Huge pool. Nice outdoor bar. Easy parking. Some tired furniture and carpets could do with refurbishment. More furniture required in larger rooms. Pool area could do with more landscaping and planting. Indoor bar area very small. "

"An incredible place - amazing staff, great food and superb surroundings. Lots to do, in great proximity to the beach and the spa is very relaxing. Whether you want to wind down or get active it has it all!"

"The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."

"This hotel is wonderful! They have free parking in a large parking lot just down the street. They are steps from a nice park, the old town and the marina. Their breakfast was great with lots of choices. It's on the 9th floor and the view is beautiful. The room was large and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
