"This was a lovely rustic little house. We loved that it was so close to everything in Laie, so we didn’t need to spend hours in the car. The host gave excellent directions for finding the house, which is helpful, since it is on a country road. Bed was comfortable. Great shower. Wake to the birds singing every morning. "Great location on a really pleasant beach with dining and great scenery nearby. The description indicated that there was no AC and I would be lying if I said the house didn’t need it. I’m sure natives are totally used to the heat and humidity but I’m from the gulf coast of south Texas and I found myself wishing there was an extra refrigerator large enough for me to climb in and sleep in."

"Unit 61 was private, quiet, large queen bed (nice linens and great mattress & pillows), murphy bed and kitchen area with full size gas stove, microwave, and small but functional fridge & freezer. A window air conditioner in the bedroom cooled the whole unit--as cold as you would ever want! The locked, covered deck with ceiling fan with pali and jungle view was a delight. The resort is on a quiet residential street. Don't be put off by the hens & chicks that welcome you; just expect to be awakened by the rooster. "
