"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"Being able to communicate with host's team was excellent. Any issues can arise at any time.. anywhere , so even though there were a couple hiccups , they were dealt with immediately. The home itself is a lower level of a split entry home and altho the kitchenette was very small, we were able to work with it surprisingly well. There was a lack of working space to prep food so we managed with a couple surfaces in the joining room where the mini fridge was located. We were two adults and four kids...
