"I rented the suite on the top floor during a birthday weekend celebrating 2 friends. It was convenient, very spacious, and beautifully decorated with antiques and many vintage details intact. I felt like I was staying in a nice apartment instead of a hotel. The suite has a completely updated kitchen that works well with the decor but is bright and refurbished like new. We all enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfasts. I highly recommend the Jasmine House!"

On arrival we found out that the room they gave us was super small it could hardly hold our luggage, I paid for 3nights and had to basically have my girl sleep right up on me the whole night you move in the bed you fall that’s the kind of bed we had. 2. "If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! There was not one thing missing! It was clean. The bedding was fresh. The moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed, like home away from home. "We had a great experience staying here. Sarah is a host who will go above and beyond to help - and she was always quick to respond. The location was perfect! Most activities were 10-15 min away. We stayed here with our 4 year old, and we had plenty of space. Access to the neat backyard was also very much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"We loved our little get away. Everything was perfect. The apartment was super cute and Sam was excellent at communicating. "

"The Old Village Guest house was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the guest house was so quaint and cozy. The location of the house was also ideal, easy to get to so many different areas of Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston. "The location is excellent in a quiet and lovely neighborhood to walk and bike. The hosts George and Therese are knowledgeable and very helpful. We enjoyed our time staying at their place. "

"Absolutely recommend the Charleston Capri in Andrew’s big yard for those traveling with dogs. It is small if you try to pack two adults and two dogs in there for five days but I would do it again. The shared yard space is so beautiful and well maintained. The property is well lit and has plenty of cameras so it felt secure. Took the dogs for a walk in the neighborhood and had a good time. The a/c in the camper is pretty loud if you’ve never been in a camper before you might not be expecting that...

"Was a great little spot for our Charleston stay. Loved the off street parking. And also absolutely adored the fact that the rental is set back off the street at the end of the drive providing a great amount of privacy. The only negative we had was that some of our linens were dirty when we arrived. But the housekeeper fixed that for us first thing the next morning."

"My wife and I stayed at the rental for a week and had a great time. This is our sixth time renting this location, it’s a home away from home. Our adult kids came down Christmas Eve and stayed through the 27th, there was plenty of room for everyone. "
