"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"Property is located outside of core Monaco but only 15 minutes drive. You’ll need your own car I think. Unit has a good size. There is no breakfast and reception is closed for weekends. There is 1 or 2 vending machine for snacks only. No restaurants nearby because it’s all residential area. The staff were friendly. No daily room service during your stay. I did not need that of course as I traveled alone. There is an iron table but no iron available. There are basic cooking supplies, cutleries...
