"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "I have now stayed here 3 times and its always a pleasure. The staff are so friendly and kind. This is my first choice to stay when I am in Nice. I like that the rooms hsve a kitchenette and there is a grocery store nearby. "

"We had a great stay in this hotel - the staff were very friendly, and although we had an issue with our shower, this was quickly resolved while we were out for the day. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach and train station - would definitely recommend! "

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"Property is located outside of core Monaco but only 15 minutes drive. You’ll need your own car I think. Unit has a good size. There is no breakfast and reception is closed for weekends. There is 1 or 2 vending machine for snacks only. No restaurants nearby because it’s all residential area. The staff were friendly. No daily room service during your stay. I did not need that of course as I traveled alone. There is an iron table but no iron available. There are basic cooking supplies, cutleries...

"Check in was a bit difficult as it was on Sunday, no one there and needed a code that wasn’t working. But the nice guy at the snack bar got it figured out for me and I was able to sit by the pool while waiting. The views from the sea view rooms are unbelievable and the pool is fantastic! I highly recommend the stay, just make sure to get checkin instructions. Beautiful place! "
