"Excellent communication with owners on booking. Then pre arrival theu sent very detailed and precise information and directions which was much appreciated as it was getting dark when we arrived. A very well laid out and spacious house. Living area and kitchen superb and very well equipped kitchen. We had a toddler and Giles and Christiane provided a travel cot and put a stair gate out for use too. They met us on arrival to welcome us and show us everything. "We had a wonderful week's ski holiday staying in Chantel and Caroline's chalet. The chalet is very spacious with great facilities, especially the hot tub. The location is fantastic, quiet and away from other properties with amazing views. A little bit of a walk to the piste, which was further for us due to the spring conditions but only a few minutes drive down to the village where there was plenty of free parking."

"The beauty of this property is the Ski In ski out and locker facilities you get to use. No need to carry your skis up a mountain! Check in was very easy and we were able to check in early. "Our experience with booking was great. Upon arriving in resort, we were nervous to find out that there was no snow at ground level, and that the closest lift at Vallorcine was closed due to this. We were directed to Le Tour, using the train and bus, which were free with the tourist passes provided, and were accessible and regular.
