"Wanted to try the 3 Valleys for our first ski trip to France and found this chalet on Vrbo for a March trip. We arrived Sunday, skied Monday to Friday, and left Saturday.Choosing where to stay in 3 Valleys was tricky, but I'd recommend Meribel—it's centrally located between Val Thorens and Courchevel, making day trips easy. "Excellent communication with owners on booking. Then pre arrival theu sent very detailed and precise information and directions which was much appreciated as it was getting dark when we arrived. A very well laid out and spacious house. Living area and kitchen superb and very well equipped kitchen. We had a toddler and Giles and Christiane provided a travel cot and put a stair gate out for use too. They met us on arrival to welcome us and show us everything. "My husband, myself, our adult son, and 3 mother couples enjoyed a lovely vacation at Chalet Shiraz. Every couple had their own room with a king size bed (or 2 singles) and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate our large group and there was plenty of seating around the dining table as well as on the comfortable living room furniture. "The beauty of this property is the Ski In ski out and locker facilities you get to use. No need to carry your skis up a mountain! Check in was very easy and we were able to check in early. Chalet was in need of update but it was very clean and functional. Parking available outside and in garage. A more accurate listing would be even better.
