Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. "The location is lovely. The hotel is clean and very quite and next to the ski slopes. However, for a brand new 4-star hotel, we were quite disappointed with the service. The breakfeast is more corresponding to a 2-star hotel. The choice of food is limited when taking into account that they are no way to leave the hotel for a dinner elsewhere especially in the winter time. "What a wonderful hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. The staff were really helpful and friendly . Very clean. Super powerful shower. Close to the lifts to get up the mountain. Would definitely recommend. "
