We were slightly panicked, but then by the grace of God a shuttle bus pulled in across the street and we quickly ran over with our luggage so as not to miss it. The driver told us he was going to the Duomo, and we had to walk with our luggage from there. We didn’t understand whether there was a charge at all for the shuttle bus, but the driver told us we didn’t have to pay."
