"From the first minute we were feeling so comfortable as graham was welcoming us in a very friendly way and the property is stunning. Such a beautiful landscape and the apartment had everything you needed and more. Very comfortbable chairs,the best bed we had so far in italy from all our trips and a breathtaking view. We would stay there definitely again and also the 2 kilometer road which is not the best iscalso worth it. Thanks for having us graham"

The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while."
