"This was our first time to Orvieto. This property is at the top of a small mountain facing the village. Wonderful view, especially in the morning with the sun at low angle. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had many options, and they will cook for you if you wish. We had a car, there was plenty of parking. "Set in the heart of Val D’Orcia this presented a great base to visit the surrounding villages, Radicofani being the closest but within easy reach of other towns and the various hot springs like Bagni San Fillipo and others. "Beautiful property outside of Orvieto with gorgeous views. Easy access to hiking trails and biking trails. Amazing stay. Wonderful helpful staff. A good choice if you don’t want to stay in Orvieto but want to visit Orvieto and do car trips to other hill town cities including Todi, Bagnoreggio. Also can hike to Rocca Riposena and Sugano directly from the property. "

"I stayed with my family of 4. It was basically the best place we have stayed. The service was great, very attentive and sweet. The food is homemade, savory and fresh. There’s a beautiful view of the countryside. I felt at peace and at home since they made me feel like a family member. The pool is super clean and refreshing. All our needs were attended. "Fantastic place! The grounds were breathtaking, very nice to wake up to such nice surroundings. Our room was amazing, we had a crib waiting for us since we came with a baby! also had a mini fridge in our room which was perfect for his food! Breakfast was delicious! We had massages after a couple of days in Rome which were amazing leaving us renewed for our Tuscan roadtrip! very very recommended! "

"We stayed here for a night whilst travelling around Tuscany. It was a lovely setting about 5 minutes drive from Manciano a really pretty town with good restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. Just be aware they do not speak any English! Amazing breakfast where everything was homemade. A great stay! "

"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."
