"Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."

"I liked the space and condition inside, outside, entries abd walk ways were pretty shabby. There were screaming drunk or drugged get togethers both above us and on the next door property. A lot of the walls had dirty smudges, inside unit, however everything else seemed clean and tidy."

"The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!"

"Overall amazing. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom is HOT. We called and reported it but nothing was done about it. Luckily our home wasn't too far so we brought our own fan to use in the bedroom. Other than that, we loved it and definitely won't mind booking this place again."

"We couldn’t be happier with our choice of a place to stay while in NOLA and going to the Superbowl. We came in days early and stayed a couple more days to enjoy the city. We walked around a great shopping district up and down Magazine St, with lots restaurants and bars—too many to easily choose from. Easy access to the French Quarter, Downtown, and any other place you want to get to. Our host welcomed us with southern hospitality and made our stay special. We definitely recommend staying here...

"The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. "
