"Location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Near the French Quarter and the convention center. It was clean and quiet, when the people above weren't stomping back and forth. Or the neighbors outside grinding on a table. The beds were comfortable. But there is only 1 small dresser in 1 room. 2 rooms have a closet, but no tv. The 3rd room has a tv and a side table next to bed, but no closet or dresser. Consider that if you plan to stay. The tv in the living room, turned on. But...

"The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!"

"Overall amazing. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom is HOT. We called and reported it but nothing was done about it. Luckily our home wasn't too far so we brought our own fan to use in the bedroom. Other than that, we loved it and definitely won't mind booking this place again."

"Overall stay was fine. Very roomy and accurate to pictures. Strange layout with bathrooms (two bedrooms have attached baths and the third bathroom is away from everything but neighborhood/street is undergoing gentrification so not great not terrible. We did have some dead cockroaches and live gecko incidents in the place. Also pretty sparse in terms of what the place had - no regular wine glasses, wine opener etc."

"Property was in good shape & clean. Just would add that the Primary Batroom vent & extra light doesn't work & it would help to have a night stand on both sides of the king-sized bed. I would also cut down that bush in the front so you can see who is on the sidewalk."
