"Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. Choice of food is very limited and not really suitable for vegetarians. The tray, plates and cutlery were not collected after we finished...

"I had an amazing stay and I will definitely return for my next holiday. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. The location is right in the middle of everything, as well as being ocean front. I enjoyed every minute of my time there."
