"The property was one of the best equipped holiday homes I've stayed in and if it wasn't there Maria was on hand to provide whatever might be missing (we didn't need anything). "The villa is great, particularly the pool area. We've been going on villa holidays for the last 16 years and this villa has the best pool area we've used. The location is great, being a 2 min walk from Grizzly's which is a lively spot with good food, and a short walk to the beach in Calpe with lots of great bars and restaurants. The agents, Anne and Mike are extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are already planning our next visit!"

"We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. "The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."
