" Location superb, car parking under the property difficult to navigate with anything larger than a small car. Great communication from Martin. View of Montgo now obscured due to new build. Lovely pool but could do with a handrail at steps. Was generally quite quiet, there are some residents with children, but they weren't particularly annoying. Large appartment, squeaky beds quite low if you have bad knees, 2 of the 4 tvs have no channels, but only an issue if you watch tv in bed. AC works...

"10/10. Apartment was lovely. Amazing view over Benidorm. The balcony outside was great- ran the whole way down the side of the apartment so lots of space to hang towels as well as sit outside to enjoy the view. The apartment was clean and fresh with everything you need but no unwanted clutter. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool and comfortable. "The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."
