"This property is in a very poorly maintained complex. The communal areas are not cleaned regularly. The rubbish bins were overflowing . The furniture in the villa was very old and not very clean. "The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

"Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress "

"For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly."
