"Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. "Really enjoyed staying here, it's an old beautiful building with so much open area's. The owners are very welcoming and helpful indeed with information and tips. Enjoyed the relaxing and also the area with everything you need 5mins walking distance."

"Modern furniture, kitchen and bathroom. Large room and balcony. Plenty of plug sockets for chargers etc. Well equipped kitchen. Can hear some noise from neighbouring rooms. Open shower has very high showerhead which cannot be repositioned so water floods the bathroom floor. Check in time at the hotel is 3pm and not 2pm as stated in Expedia. Good value for money and I would stay here again "

"The apartments are in a good location and the staff are helpful. It had basic but comfortable furnishings and was spacious with a large balcony. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Shame about the view of the derelict building opposite, but guess they can't do much about that! All in all good value for a central stay if you don't need or want luxury."

Atlantic Mirage Suites & SPA - Adults Only

"The hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and views were incredible. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was great and the "cliff" restaurant was top notch. Only complaint would be lack of available parking. Other than that really really great property."

BEST HOTEL WE’VE EVER STAYED IN!

"ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, we would go again in a heartbeat! Best hotel for service and facilities. I’d like to see some free exercise yoga pilates classes offered in the Spa rather than paying for them. The treatments are pricey too but rest of Spa was wonderful! Esp the hidden cave hot tub that we found on last day! Such a pleasure to chat to the staff and they were not at all stuffy. As an avid birdwatcher the botanical gardens were to die for! New species at every turn as well as the flowers, plants & bonsai trees - workshop on these bonsai’s & flower arranging were brilliant :-) "

"The Director and the other executive staff were very professional, polite And friendly!! The food was delicious. We were very impressed with their positive attitude. We stayed in for three weeks. it was our second time in Silken Hotel . Tenerife. We hardly recommend it to everyone!!"
