"lovely friendly helpful staff, and the gentleman that was on reception when we arrived was most welcoming cheerful and spoke excellent English. the hotel is well located 2 mins walk to shops restaurants and bars and the town itself is about 10 min drive to ski slopes. the hotel was clean comfortable and charming with a superb restaurant, some parts in need of a little up-dating but overall depicts its architectural decade, and the musical entertainment and free aperitif was most enjoyable!"

"L'appartement est super chouette style chalet c'est vraiment beau et l'emplacement top rien à dire.En revanche aucune réponse de la propriétaire pour avoir les clés de l'appartement, nous avons dû attendre devant la porte puis trouvé une solution en appelant la concierge pour avoir les clés. Ensuite ménage non fait avant nous. Nous avons pris des photos et envoyer à la propriétaire et à la concierge.Nous attendons toujours la réponse de la propriétaire.La concierge à notre départ n'a eu aucunes...

"We contacted the owner beforehand to explain that we were traveling on a motorbike and needed linen (actually as we thought there was linen as it said " "linen provided". But obviously it means ALL linen provided on request - whatever we think that it was not clear. On our arrival very tired after travelling many miles we find no towels at all and not a bottom sheet. We had to purchase travel towels. Although everything else was provided we did not think 8 people could possibly sleep there as...

"Superbe maison bien aménagée au calme et à 5 min de La Bourboule en voiture. On s’y sent bien, c’est cocooning et avec jardin spacieux. Notre hôte Philippe a été aux petits soins, disponible et de très bons conseils. Merci, je recommande ! "

"nous ne pouvons pas apporter de commentaire sur ce camping, puisque notre réservation n'avait pas été enregistrée , donc il nous ont logé en ville dans un appartement ,sans en connaitre réellement le coût , ,les propriétaires sont sympathiques ,mais pas suffisamment d'échange au cours de la semaine , pour savoir notre satisfaction , car sur le moment il fallait prendre une décision rapide ."

"Après être montés en voiture sur une route très étroite avec un virage très serré dans les bois, nous sommes arrivés devant une grande maison ancienne dont les clés étaient prêtes dans la boîte à clés. Ceci a été très appréciable après avoir parcouru plus de 700 kms avec notre petit fils âgé de 2 ans. Le logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée ; les propriétaires sont à l'étage. Le salon est petit mais confortable et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé deux jours agréables. "
