"This is our second stay at Yvans property, so it's got to be good! It suits us as there's only 3 of us, so we get a double bed each! Great swimming pool. Balcony is great for sheep watching! And wildlife in general, as you are up a height. Place is built on a cave system! "

It also has a fantastic pool but unfortunately the weather was poor so only used it a couple of times. It's on the edge of a pretty village with 2 restaurants and a shop. "The house in Montignac is lovely, cool even in the hot weather. The pool is a great addition and good to have the pool toys etc for the little ones. Our two year old was very appreciative of the puzzles, books and lego in the house. Communication with the owner was great. The location is ideal, you can explore the town easily and its not far from many other attractions. Highly recommended. many other "

"The property was gorgeous, clean and the pool was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely family holiday. Just a couple of points to note. The beds were very very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Firm beds are not for us. The listing said hot tub. We hadn’t seen one in the pictures so guessed it was a mis-print, but to confirm there is no hot-tub despite it being listed. The WiFi did not work at all. We called the host who was very good and came straight away but could not fix it. It did not get fixed the entire week we were there. You are in the countryside in an old house so mobile data signal was patchy to non-existent within the property. This can be frustrating when planning days out (or when you have teenagers.) We had a lovely holiday and visited some gorgeous locations in the region. The property was private and clean."
