"When we arrived, the staff did not seem to know of our booking and we had to show the confirmation email from hotels.com to evidence the booking. "Doug and Janet were great hosts. They were quick to respond with questions. They also met us at a local restaurant and led us up to the house. They also have Juli to be a concierge for your stay. She is amazing by scheduling excursions during your stay and was there when we could t find the location for an excursion by directing us and then calling the company to let them know we would be there.
