"Wonderful place near Ojochal! So beautiful. The property is really unique and the owner takes amazing care of it. Such neat touches - the bathroom is really beautiful with handmade clay features. Hot water! The owner blows off all the leaves on the walkways daily which I think must help with the fact that we had no insects. Property is super tight. "It was amazing seeing all the different birds from their restaurant patio. I saw way more kinds of birds including two tucans from here than from the actual birds watching tours. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Nice city view too. "

"Totally warm-hearted family who makes you feel at home instantly. We would come here again just for a nice chat and dinner with Heyner and Jenny. So happy we decided to stay at this place – and we ended up staying two nights instead of one! Great place, great cooking, clean accomodation. This place is full of love and friendliness. "Doug and Janet were great hosts. They were quick to respond with questions. They also met us at a local restaurant and led us up to the house. They also have Juli to be a concierge for your stay. She is amazing by scheduling excursions during your stay and was there when we could t find the location for an excursion by directing us and then calling the company to let them know we would be there.
