"This hotel was very clean and was located in an area where I felt safe and comfortable. There are many restaurants that are in walking distance and the train station is only a 5 minute walk away, allowing for easy access to the main city"

"Registration process to get keys after hours was very easy! Plus Gran Via 2 is right across the street so great shopping experience! The bathroom was the only thing I wasn’t so happy with because there was no way to stop the water from splashing outside but other then that, the bedroom, lobby, kitchen was very clean and convenient. "

Room was clean, spacious with heavenly rain shower 😍 Food was excellent as wide selection for breakfast with breads, meats and cheese, fruit and fresh juice; need to try Spanish omelette! "Awesome restaurant, hotel, and staff, the only thing i did not like is that they didn’t inform us that the pool doesn’t have heat I was kind of disappointed for my son he was looking forward to get in the pool but the pool was freezing. He did get in and got out immediately. "
