"Just returned from a brilliant week at the Barcelona Princess. The hotel was very modern and impeccably clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary water and drinks in the mini bar. The rooftop pool was heated and had amazing views over Barcelona. "It's a very nice, old art deco hotel situated close (a couple of blocks) to La Rambla and Catalunya Plaza, the latter of which is a transportation hub, making it an excellent base for exploring Barcelona by foot and metro and for easily getting to and from the airport. They have a rooftop solarium, which we imagine was quite nice, but it was closed at 10 PM when we tended to return to our room, so we didn't see it."

"Our stay was amazing. The hotel is in a convenient location right near the metro/train/hop on hop off stop at Catalunya. The hotel itself was beautiful. We were on the 4th floor with a terrace and it was amazing. It looks like the hotel might have recently been remodeled. Everything was new and extra clean from the wall paper to the carpet. The bathroom had the perfect shower. Rain fall and hand held faucet and a shelf to place items. They also provided a scale, hair dryer and iron and ironing...
