"Great experience for our one night trip. Very helpful staff, comfortable room. Free cold water dispenser in the lobby, and only €5 to store all of our bags for the day. "

"The property was good and quite area. However it was a little far from the tour bus location or main attractions. Shopping center was close but the facilities were not good. No kettle, iron, dryer, less options for breakfast no beans, no enhlish breakfast tea etc. Otherwise the price was decent. The staff were very helpful and kind."

"Checking into the hotel was a pain, as there is no human front desk and you have to use a machine. Someone before me was struggling so much with the process, that he forgot his government ID in the slot. He just happened to exit his room which was luckily on the same floor as mine as I was headed to my room, and I was able to give it back to him before had realized he’d left it behind. "

"The apartment was well maintained and didn’t feel crowded with our group of four. Location wise it was difficult finding taxi’s or other driving services to pickup or drop off from the main part of town. There’s public transportation options available nearby which is helpful. It’s close to lots of dining and shopping places. I do wish there was some more counter space in the bathroom but other than that no problems. We enjoyed the stay!"

Siso was very responsive and patient with me, and I did proceed with the reservation. As the trip approached, we were experiencing some severe weather at home, and I was unsure if I would be able to depart.
