One has the impression the place is an unabandoned building with no visible security presence. Needed a confirmation from a passer by before entering. "The hotel was clean and the added breakfast everymorning was a great touch. A variety in the breakfast menu aside from bread, tea, eggs and sausage would be an excellent touch. One thing though was that a spa was advertised as being on site however the nearest spa is outside the hotel and not really affiliated to the hotel. I dont feel it is right to advertise a service you dont provide. This does not take anything away from your excellent service at the hotel, it only adds a little...

"Staff was particularly helpful. I was stuck in traffic and missed the scheduled airport shuttle. The manager immediately and generously sent us on a second shuttle. Breakfast was delicious, varied from day to day."
