"For a first-timer trying out the capsule hotel concept. It was good. Enjoyed the quietness and the whole being alone concept. "

"This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"

"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...

"It's a great place to rest, fast internet, free breakfast, a fridge where you can put your stuff, a bath where you can soak and relax. The area is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Overall it's a great place to relax."

"The property was very easy to get to. Straight out the train station doors, across a small square and you are there. That also means it is very central to pop out for a meal or shopping. "

"Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin."

But, check-in time is quite late and check out is early, luggage store not that very convenient, also asking from customer taking out your beddings :("

"Close to a train station one stop from Yokohama. Plenty of cafes and shops, department store, currency exchange office. In the place itself you go over a sort of, I think it is a swimming centre floor, not sure, but after reception you have to take your shoes off and wear slippers they provide to walk over the floor. What I started out with was just a basic sleep capsule, an enclosed bed. There is a small TV on the wall and an electrical point. For my second day I was given a free upgrade...
