"Location was great for the festival at Fort Fisher. One suggestion is to replace the Keurig coffee maker. It has not been properly cleaned. But there was a new Mr Coffee that we used. It was sad to see all the beach erosion. I hope the sandbags will hold for future visits. "

"The condo had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean. The beach was not crowded. The condo was near the Aquarium and Ferry. We had a great girls getaway. "

"We had a really nice time on our visit! Check in was smooth and the condo was 100% as described! It's very clean and comfortable enough for our family of 4. The rooms are a bit small, so I wouldn't do more than 5-6 people here even though it could sleep more technically. For what we paid (this was a very affordable option), we felt like the value was right. As is written in other reviews, beach access is across the street, but not too bad. There were rinse off stations both at the beach access...
