"Our stay was too brief. Just one week. This house has great potential. It is brand new and still a work in process. We enjoyed using the Keurig and the Airfryer. It is a very comfortable house with a great front porch to see the ocean view. The owner was highly responsive to our needs, despite the fact that he was suffering from Covid. We wish him luck with this new property."

"Our family of 11 (9 adults, 2 kids) had an awesome, week long stay at the Dolphin Watch. Jim went above and beyond to make our vacation enjoyable and stress free. A few things I’d like to note; the kitchen was very well stocked, the toiletries provided were great and the place was clean. As an unexpected bonus, Jim had beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us each day!! Jim arranged for us to have an early check in and personally went back to the house to search for and mail items we left behind...

"All good after minor drama with the entry code not working. That was quickly fixed even though the agent had begun their Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks Charlie! The place is spacious and very well maintained. Perfect for together time with our extended family of 9. Combed the beach, sampled some restaurants, and had a trail ride at a local horse farm. A return trip is already planned. "

"Overall very nice property! The bathroom is located between all three rooms so you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to it. Would be fine for a family but was slightly awkward to use with a group of friends. Location was perfect and very close to the beach! "We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Souls! It was perfect for my family of 5, and we had extra space to sprawl out. There were only 2 things that could be improved: 1) the code didn't work for the outside storage which rendered the outside furniture and area unusable, and we couldn't use the chairs for the beach. 2) There were only 5 towels and washcloths available. For a 4 day stay, it would have been nice to have just a couple more, but we just threw them in the washing machine after a couple...
