"This is a perfect, beach front location! Great layout for a family gathering, which is what we used it for. The house was clean, but it needs some cosmetic work. The managers were fantastic to work with, and we were able to check in early for an extra 100. Be aware the check out time is 10 a.m."

"Our stay was too brief. Just one week. This house has great potential. It is brand new and still a work in process. We enjoyed using the Keurig and the Airfryer. It is a very comfortable house with a great front porch to see the ocean view. The owner was highly responsive to our needs, despite the fact that he was suffering from Covid. We wish him luck with this new property."

"We came to town for our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. The house was nicely appointed and the location was perfect! We really liked that there were 2 master bedrooms, and that all the bedrooms and baths were evenly spread across all 3 floors. The layout gave our family of 6 people plenty of space and separation to keep from feeling like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again! "

"All good after minor drama with the entry code not working. That was quickly fixed even though the agent had begun their Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks Charlie! The place is spacious and very well maintained. Perfect for together time with our extended family of 9. Combed the beach, sampled some restaurants, and had a trail ride at a local horse farm. A return trip is already planned. "

"Loved staying at Namaste. It was well stocked and very clean. Loved having king beds in all the bedrooms. The property manager was gracious in coming over quickly to help us figure out how to start the fireplace. In fact, they came twice -- not their fault, we just needed more training. Very quiet place. Our first time staying there. We highly recommend going at Christmas!"

"Overall very nice property! The bathroom is located between all three rooms so you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to it. Would be fine for a family but was slightly awkward to use with a group of friends. Location was perfect and very close to the beach! Would definitely recommend staying here and host was very helpful and accommodating."
