"We stayed for 1 night before our flight the next morning. This is a transit hotel…and is not designed for long term stays. The bed and pillow were hard and uncomfortable. There was an odor coming from the bathroom drains. The shuttle service to and from the airport are convenient but the shuttle from the airport to the airport was chaotic with the driver continually trying to add more people and luggage like we were sardines in a can. The website for the Hilton informs you which bus stop to wait at from each terminal. Inside the bus/shuttle there is communication on where you are heading and which stop is coming up in English and Japanese. All this and the fantastic service at the Hilton was greatly appreciated after a long 10 hour flight."
